How long do I have to wait for delivery?

We will contact you once we have received your order and give you an estimated time for delivery, usually within 10 working days.

What happens if I am not in on the delivery day?

We will where possible inform you of a delivey day, if no one is home on that day, then the courier company will leave a card so you can arrange a re-delivery, or collect from the local depot.  If it a larger piece of furniture, then our driver will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day.

Where is my delivery?

If you think your delivery is overdue please contact us for tracking details.  We will where possible keep you up to date anyway.

Can I collect my purchases?

Yes of course you can!  We have a retail premises in Mansfield, and we are open 9 till 5 Monday-Saturday. Please let us know in advance, and we will make sure the items are wrapped and ready to collect.

Do you have a shop where I can view items?

Yes, although due to space not everything we sell on this website is on display in our shop.

Do you have a brochure you can send me?

Unfortunately we do not have a brochure, but if you need to ask any questions about any of the products on our website, please contact us via e-mail or telephone.
